Here are some everyday tips, that when practiced can make a huge difference in your appearance. Best of all they are free or very low cost. A little time now, can mean extra years of a beautiful complexion.

Drink plenty of water. Water hydrates the skin, giving it a more youthful, plump appearance. Lack of water can make your skin dry, cracked, and cause blotchy rash like systems on your face!

Don't smoke!! It can cause wrinkles and frown lines around the lip area.

Get 8 hours of sleep per day!! Your skin is the largest organ on the body, and works to replenish itself daily.  Make sure that you are well rested, and get that beauty sleep!

Limit the amount of sun, and always use sunscreen. This goes for people of all ages. Typically sun damage starts to show as you begin aging. That is when you see wrinkles and those brown pigmented areas on your face and arms. Sunscreens are now available for all skin types, including those who have sensitive skin.

Wear a good quality pair of sunglasses!!! Beside protecting your eyes from harmful UV rays, it helps to keep you from squinting, which can cause wrinkles in the eye area!
